Hi Experts,
I'm facing some weird issues in my new instance, where Legacy importer feature is not visible within my EX platform,

however after multiple attempts i finally got to see Legacy importer, but this time, there is a new issue - Import option got disabled.

there are many such cases where like Stats iQ and other features within Data & Analysis tab are not working. I tried creating Engagement survey, Life cycle survey, Feedback survey to try my luck, but the results were not appropriate

Just wanted to check if anyone of you has faced such issues before.

Hey @Pradyp! If you have not yet already, we'd recommend reaching out directly to our EX support team, as this definitely doesn't sound like intended functionality. They will best be equipped to troubleshoot this with you and help get it resolved!
