Hello @AmaraW (Qualtrics), is there any updates on this ?
Yes, you can do it. You would need to create first a dashboard. Once created, there is a widget called “Text iQ table” which will calculate the sentiment of your topics and what is the relative importance of those topics against an output variable (in this case NPS). Those values with higher importance are more likely to affect , positively or negatively, the NPS. so they can be consider your key drivers. Of course, you would need a further analysis as this is not 100% accurate, and also pay some attention to the classification of topics, if the classification is not accurate, the result of the relative importance analysis will fail.
Hello, As an alternative you can send an automatic email to IT including the response. Maybe they could have an idea on how to convert that email to a csv file. To do that you would need to create a workflow in the survey triggered once a new response was created, then you can add a task called “Send email” , here you can include the IT team email and also click on “include response report” and select as well if you want to include embedded data.
Hello, my goal for the first quarter is to be able to create tickets in Qualtrics based on imported responses
icegoffy hello, did you manage to do it? I am looking for solutions but so far haven't found anything
It seems that Qualtrics doesn't have a solution for this. If you check the distribution history , it doesn't show how many participants answered using the reminder email
GeorgeIssa thanks for your answer. The problem is that it's not a path of the survey based on embedded data that will change. The questions still the same but the survey needs a different layout (logo, header, and colors of buttons) and I can't figure out how to change the logo or colors of buttons in the survey flow.
Archna133 thank you for your reply. It's a good idea.Unfortunately it doesn't work properly, because it doesn't show the sum. Maybe I did something wrong.
Hello TomG thank you for your answer. Unfortunately I am new to using CSS . I am not sure what are the media rules. I have searched in the community, so far I haven't found it. Thanks for your help
jainshubham thank you very much, it worked for the matrix table! I would like to do the same for a "side by side" type of question but I couldn't. Any idea? I would appreciate it, thanks in advance.
Hello rondev Thank you very much for your response. It's true! You are right. As you can see below I did it and the text is bigger. However, the text is automatically separated into two rows when it is long. I would like to expand the text area so that I can have each sentence on one line. Thanks again!
Hello rondev , It works when I am trying to resize the drop down list options. Now, I am trying to enlarge the size of the statements on a matrix table with drop down list options. I really appreciate your help!
I have the same problem and have not found any solution. Did you manage to fix it?
