It does not appear that you can edit the Redirect to URL text as it has instructions to automatically redirect you, making any customization seem moot! However, you can change the End of Survey message. You should make a note to be clear that an action is required from the participant in order to progress to the next survey. I hope this is helpful!
Happy to help!
That might be the best way to go about it! You could potentially host the PDF’s on a GitHub and have that pull into R. Another possibility, and something I have used in the past is make a Shiny WebApp and you could link each report to the individual ResponseId like you mentioned!
Hi! Just to make sure I understand correctly: You ask: Please list the initials of the members in your householdIf they say: AB,CB,DBYou say: It's all good! If they say: AB,AB,DBYou say: Please enter unique valuesIf that is correct...You will need to set up custom validation in your form question. Depending on how many answers they give (family members), you will need to create the appropriate number of conditionals. In this case: Mom cannot match Dad | Dad cannot match Sister | Mom cannot match SisterNote: You will need to get the piped text string in a separate question and then paste it into the custom validation. Please let me know if this makes sense, or if you have additional questions!
Could you provide a mock-example of what the report printout looks like? You could set up an email trigger that would attach the personal reports to each participant. However, I am unsure of whether the email trigger will allow for a dynamic file attachment. There is a package for R called qualtRics, that establishes an API connection and it does have an option to retrieve the mailing list from Qualtrics. From there, you might be able to push out the reports via R and Qualtrics.
My goal is to host workshops for the new faculty and show them what we are able to do with Qualtrics. Most of them are used to a different system, and I always find it so fun when they see just how much Qualtrics can do! It will save them time and I know they will be happy in the long run!
I challenged myself (because watching movies is so hard) to watch a horror movie each night in October. My favorite movie so far has been Ready or Not, with a close runner up being Society. The former is pretty fun, with some over-the-top kills and plot. The latter...well...the latter is just plain weird!
Hi Zoe85 , did you ever make any progress on this?
My favorite teacher would have to be my cognitive psychology teacher and later mentor, Dr. P! She introduced me to the world of research and how to approach scientific from both a methodological point of view and a this-is-really-cool-let’s-explore-it view! She played an instrumental role in me understanding how to design experiments and surveys!
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/45669#Comment_45669You're welcome! If this ends up working out for you, could you mark this as the answer?
Hi alioudosdiallo ! This code below should work! I've added in some data cleaning as well, which you can ignore if you'd like! This code works when the data is exactly as you laid out. library(dplyr)library(tidyr)qual_pivot % select(!Finished:UserLanguage) %>% # flag empty condition rows mutate_all(na_if,"") # Subset Conditions A qual_a % # Get Only A Conditions filter(Condition == "A") %>% # Remove Duplicates select(!Q1.1:Q2.1) # Subset Conditions B qual_b % # Get Only B Conditions filter(Condition == "B") %>% # Remove Duplicates select(!Q1:Q2) %>% # Rename Columns dplyr::rename(Q1 = Q1.1, Q2 = Q2.1) # Combine and Pivot qual_full % # Combine the Questions # Changes Values to Q.Response # Change Question number to Q.Number pivot_longer(cols = starts_with("Q"), values_to = "Q.Response", names_to = "Q.Number") }# Make sure to assign to something! Ex. data
Tom_1842 Hi Tom, thank you so much! I had looked in the source and manually formatted it, but I clearly made an error in that! This has made it so much easier--thank you!
