Survey Redirection

When redirecting a survey to another this is the message that is automatically set up: “Please wait while you are redirected.” However, how can I edit this text or add translations to this piece of text?

It does not appear that you can edit the Redirect to URL text as it has instructions to automatically redirect you, making any customization seem moot! However, you can change the End of Survey message. You should make a note to be clear that an action is required from the participant in order to progress to the next survey.
