Ah yes...I had already done it this way but failed to update post.Thank you Kate! Much appreciated.
Hi,I am finding I cannot set triggers within the Actions area unless a response is submitted. It would be nice if the action trigger email could be setup to send upon just an answer given to a question and clicking on "Next" instead of just on survey submittals
Interesting. Is this in the projects home page? I am not finding that little icon anywhere. I don't have the rights to choose those columns like you do.
AH!!! Interesting! Never noticed that! Thank you!Any way to search projects by owner here? I don't think there is but maybe it is possible in admin report that PeeyushBansal mentioned?
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/42615#Comment_42615Are you taking new survey links or using the existing survey links in your tests? I think this may be happening to you if you are using the same surveys links that were already open...Also, when setting up the triggers in workflow, there is a little option at the top for either having "All" or "Any" of the conditions be met...this could be a reason why you are getting all your workflow conditions to trigger.
Thanks you for the fast response! However, the main issue with this suggestion is that the reminder emails are setup to go to survey participants.Instead, we need this email warning to go to an internal "project contact" email that we add on the embedded data of surveys when creating the survey. We need to warn them so that they can assign extra resources and extend the survey timelines if they feel the results they currently have are not sufficient prior to the survey closing.
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/38789#Comment_38789I don't see the option to select anything under the "Followed Categories" section?
Here is the screenshot of what I see...
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/49031#Comment_49031AH! I missed that step. Ok, just went ahead and did so and was now able to see it as an option as a follow category.Thank you!
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/34980#Comment_34980Yeah, so I just found out that this is not quite the same thing. Survey Expiration is not the same as survey closure in Qualtrics. So not a viable solution/answer to those of us looking for an automatic survey closure process
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/35037#Comment_35037Yes, there is a difference I just found out. Setting the expiration here does not close the survey out. Only way I could see to close a survey would manually. Which is a burdensome step for us as we have to constantly close out surveys manually in order for the API to run efficiently.
