Hi mcorbet6 I don't think there's an obvious option for approvals, however I guess you can create a little chain of surveys, so that the approver(s) receive a link to approve which is actually a survey, and then you can trigger emails or workflows from there.Not sure if that's what you'd be after...
Hi rameshanthony If I understand correctly you are trying to share surveys with your team.The easiest way to do that is by "collaborating" with specific users or groups of users. You just need to go to the Projects screen, find the survey you want to share, and click on the three dots at the right-hand side to find the "Collaborate" option. Then, all the approved users will have that survey visible under Projects, and under Library.That should do it.
Hi neuro A workaround that could be using Display Logic in questions 2 and 3, and set them to be displayed "in page" when any option in Q1 is displayed on screen.That way, as soon as Q1 is shown, the other two will appear after. You will be able to apply randomisation too. (See screenshot below)
Hi song009 We've been running surveys for thousands of customers in China during the last year and no restrictions so far for commercial related questions. I am not sure how sensitive your questions could be though...

Hi AJUK I don't think you can actually measure that after your respondents have submitted. You may want to double-check with Support.In both cases, one solution could be to divide the questionnaire into Blocks of questions in the Survey Flow, and create a number of counters as embedded data variants that accumulate the current score up to that moment by using piped data. However, this solution will only work for submissions after publishing these changes.
I think you can do this by using workflows. You would need to:Create 3 different lists for each group of 3-9-12, initially populating only the first one. These will be your invitees.Then create the first survey (month 3), and place a workflow in it to be triggered after an event with the task to update the directory, where you send details from people submitting the first survey to the month 9 list. So you populate month 9 list with those who completed the first survey. These will now be your invitees for the second survey.Still in the survey for month 3, you would need to build a mail trigger (under Options>Post-Survey) to set up an invitation email to be sent after completion, where you can place a link to the second survey (month 9). So people who completes the first survey receives a link to go to the second one. (You could actually do this automatically too, with no invitation. Just setting up a link to the second survey within the 'end of the survey' settings of the first survey.

Thanks Rudi That's almost how I solved it, but instead of creating the link in the embedded data, I created it as a query string. Both alternatives work similarly, and nicely :)Qualtrics support was great by the way and gave me very good tips too.Thanks again!

Hello again. It is possible in the options too. Just click on one option and click on the arrow next to it. Then you can select embedded data.
You can insert parts of previous answers in a question by selecting the "Rich text" option and then click on "insert piped text" (the button looks like this: {a})No code involved there.
