If you need help reaching the Qualtrics renewals team, please use the Customer Hub to file an escalation ticket directly with that team:https://support-portal.qualtrics.com/my-informationUnfortunately, because the Hub is tied to the Qualtrics login, you will not be able to access the Hub if your Qualtrics login does not work, or your account has been disabled. However, customers can always still get in contact with support by clicking “Can’t login or don’t have an account?” on the Hub login screen. Support will then assist with making sure customers are connected with Qualtrics team members who can assist.

Is something bad going on with Qualtrics?

Hi @Michael_Cooksey , I am also having issues getting ahold of someone to renew my bill. I have called a number and was told it was no longer in service. I have even contacted your service people to no avail. I even tried the sales team. Is there any chance you can help me? ✖️ X4 2024 | Badge of the Month | April 2024

First time attendee here! I’m most excited to hear Lindsey Vonn.  I’m hoping not to miss her since I’m flying in the morning of her keynote.  I remember watching her during the Olympics. Reading up on Morgan Housel and the Psychology of Money was also interesting, I hope they have copies of his books available. Looking forward to the Cirque presentation and for Basecamp certification on Friday (I’ve been plotting getting one of the certifications for the last couple of years). The Backstreet announcement was the icing on the cake today.  Happy to read you will be in attendance! Lindsey Vonn will be amazing. It took a lot of self control to NOT drop Backstreet Boys lyrics into every sentence of my original post 😂

My favorite animal is the ringtail. They’re local to my area (and can sometimes be found in my trashcans). I know some folks who keep them as pets but I love having them around my property because they are excellent at keeping the rodent population down.      @XM_JoshB I have never, ever even heard of this animal! We learn something new every day, I guess!

Hi Community, My favorite plant is Holy Basil AKA Tulsi plant. In India, the Tulsi plant holds immense importance beyond its religious significance. It is deeply ingrained in the cultural fabric, often found in households, temples, and courtyards. Tulsi is cherished for its air-purifying properties and its ability to repel insects, making it a common sight in gardens and balconies. Additionally, Tulsi is utilized in Indian cuisine and herbal teas, adding flavor and health benefits to various dishes and beverages. Overall, Tulsi serves as a symbol of wellness, spirituality, and tradition in Indian society.   This is a wonderful reply to this month’s topic! As I replied to another member earlier, Tulsi tea is one of my favorite varieties. I had no idea about its importance, but now I do, thanks to your post!

Two of my favorite plants are lavender and succulents. Lavender's fragrant purple flowers are perfect for relaxation, while succulents add beauty and require minimal care. Both bring joy and greenery to any space.    Gorgeous! I love succulents 🌱

my favourite member of the ecosystem would probably be the humble tree 🌳 I’m guessing most of us live in a (big) city and will bet only a few live in an urban enviroment with plenty of trees 🌲 Which is a shame but also an opportunity🌴 Just imagine 😍    This is a great response, @SteveBelgraver -- we absolutely need to show trees more respect!

Is something bad going on with Qualtrics?

Hello, Could I also get assistance in reaching out to someone? I have been emailing since early March to get in contact with our Qualtrics point of contact and he has not answered my emails. I have even tried emailing the renewals team after I was advised to reach out to them and I have not heard back. Our renewal will be due soon in April and I wanted to start the process early as our purchasing department has been slow. @Michael_Cooksey could you please assist in having someone reach out to me to start the renewal process?   Our lab simply cannot afford to be without Qualtrics at this moment. I am having the same issue - every phone number and email I have either declines or comes back undelivered. I even attempted reaching out to support to see if they could help with my renewal difficulties, and I’ve had no luck. I know that Qualtrics went through layoffs, but are there any renewals or contract specialists still in place? It’s so reassuring and lovely to read about how much we all love and respect nature. 🌲I have a deep interest in all sorts of wildlife, but, while my current favorite animal is indeed quite “wild,” he is luckily also domesticated -- my new puppy 🐶💜

My personal favourite animal is the giraffe, they fasinate me - the first time I saw a real one I literally thought it was a digital animation - they are just amazing. I would love to see one in the wild one day, rather than at a zoo, but Australian zoos are pretty awesome so I’ve been very lucky.  @ccarroll -- there is a place in Kenya called Giraffe Manor; you may have already heard about it! Lovely villa on the grounds of a giraffe sanctuary 🦒

My favourite plant is tuberose. I like it because of the unique fragrance it has. The pleasure of walking in the garden with gentle breeze having mild fragrance of tuberose is inexpressible in words!   I love these, as well!

👋 Community Introductions

Hi everyone! I’m the Director of Research for the Adventure Travel Trade Association (adventuretravel.biz). We do almost solely B2B research, working with our awesome adventure travel community and members. My professional background is mostly in tourism; in 2019 I received my MS from the Cornell Hotel School and since then have specialized in adventure travel research. I have the Qualtrics CoreXM Expert Certification. A major focus of mine is translating tourism data and research findings into relevant, accessible and actionable reports, so a lot of my time is spent trying to force Qualtrics’ reporting features to do what I want. I’ve ended up resorting to a patchwork of Qualtrics, google docs, and Datawrapper.de, but am looking forward to doing more with Flourish and other data viz tools. The best part of the xm community is the outside of the box solutions that can come up when you discus with a lot of people that work all the time in QLT configurations. The solutions that can be found are really creative in a very short time frame.  Most of the difficulties that i have had in Qualtrics have been solve by the mentoring of other users. It also feels great when you can give back with some of your knowledge to the community.😊 This is what the XM Community is all about! Glad to hear it has been so valuable for you! 🤓
