How to adjust survey footer spacing?

Alternative to reduce the scrollbar, you can increase the creative size a little bit. I can take a look if you can share the preview link to see what theme has been applied.

I have sent the questionnaire to a couple of people to test, but now I want to delete their answers

Well, If you have not started collecting real responses. You can delete all previous responses. Select Data & Analysis >> Tools (in right) >> Delete Data >> Select All Responses. In case If you want to keep some responses previously answered then and remove only few selected. You can use "Add Filter" (in left) option in Data & Analysis module. Filter your responses you want to remove and then you can choose "With Selected" (below Add Filter option) and choose to delete. STEPS: GOTO - "Data & Analysis" Menu Tools >> Delete Data >> All Responses >> Decrement All Quotas >> I am sure...>> Delete ALL responses Thanks, NK

That's a great question! I don't think currently any open API provide this functionality. If you can share whats the end goal you are trying to achieve, we can think of some alternative.

Is it possible to close a survey through the API, but allow people to finish it?

My recommendation would be to keep ACTIVE and update the Expiration Period of the Survey, in API call. https://api.qualtrics.com/v3/reference/update-survey You can make the time as few minutes of advance, so project gets expired and few minutes and in turn is Inactive. And then make sure you have partial completion setting set to complete. Then all In-progress people will have option to still complete their responses. This would be the case for all In Progress responses. Approval Workflow

It's a great question. You can achieve the required model by using combination of doing some fun stuff in Survey Flow + Email Trigger + ReTake Links Survey Flow should decide the flow of information and Use Email Trigger to pass the ReTake Links to get approval from the secondary that get recorded in same response and also sends and Set your Second Email trigger based on response from Second person, so first one get the Email Notification. You would want to use Anonymous link to get this functionality in place. Let me know if there are any questions :)

Searching Email Address using RecipientID

May sound simple but effective. you can create one master mailing list and keep all contacts in there. RecipientID can be appended to each contact. Use Authentication to Pull Email address with matching RecipientID.

Can we add retake link on last submit button and probably take respondent to first question?

Thanks Anthony! In this case I am using the individual link and would like users to review their answers and possibility to change this before finally submitting. Is there any to achieve this.

Is this resolved yet? I got the similar Issue today and found that when I was setting up the case I need to select the Contact and have primary point of contact as Email and it worked well.

Import data from one survey to another?

You can use email trigger to store information in a separate mailing list from Survey A and can use that in Survey B.

And Yes, make sure you'are passing Email in query string, so it gets the value and authenticate. Your authenticator need to be at the top. I see block has 10 questions above authenticator. You would need to have your authenticator at top before they enter in survey.

Can you please make sure to select the check box as - Allow authenticating respondents to retake authenticated section. This should work just fine. If not I can send a example qsf.

Can you try to have settings in authenticator options as below: Max authentication should be 1 instead of 3 as default. !

You can try having role / attribute based filters set on the page. Here my assumption is department name is sub set of Location. You can set required attributes to user and then add filter on the page. !

Templates for reports?

Thank you Michelle, You are absolutely correct in looking out for such functionality. Currently Qualtrics do not have any such feature in Reports but this is available in Vocalize where if a dashboard is created, you can easily copy and update any other sources of data in it. It's nice to connect with you and we hope that we have such feature in reports section in near future.

Another luck to try - Probably checking the Email attribute is not blank of what you have set the work flow rule. Else contact Q Support, they would be log in to your account and help you promptly. They are the best resources. ATB!

Templates for reports?

Reports are linked with individual surveys. However, if you want you can include data from other surveys in same report. Click Insert menu in the report and select 'Other Projects' --> All Projects --> Here you can select your another survey. Above is quite time consuming if you want to build a consolidated reports. Another recommendation could be to capture the course name in embedded variable and use that to capture data in one survey instead of 27 different survey and you would be able to breakout your response by embedded variable. Another recommendation if you would like to use vocalize feature of qualtrics, where you can easily merge all your 27 projects and can see results in very good looking dashboard. this is been used most widely in the industry as it offers lots of flexibility for the reporting.
