I am trying to rename the survey question number from what was originally given to a different number for organization purpose and to use after exporting to csv file.For instance, I would to rename Q15 to Q1, Q16 to Q2 and Q9 to Q1.Is it possible?

I am not sure why on the Data Analysis --> Export Data, it shows, number of "Unfinished" (Finished = False, which is 5 this case) is higher (I did not receive the survey results), but according to other stat, it indicates more people finished the survey.So, it negatively impacts when I try to send Reminder email and collecting the data.What am I missing here?Is there any setting such as "send reminder email to only people who did not start the survey (or have not completed)"?Or is there any limit as far as how many times reminder email goes to those who have opened, but not completed the survey?

I am trying to have a manager see the value inside survey question (not by email trigger -> email) when subordinates completes the survey.Objective is giving a manager ability to see the value subordinate(s) entered inside survey, and overwrites/not overwrites. So, I was trying to use Contact List Trigger, but the way it updates the data in Current List is only related to the area for surveyor (in this case subordinate).Is there any way we could have subordinates update the value in someone else's value (in this case, manager) as well?So basically, it updates data in whole rows.For example in SQL, it updates the data in whole rows without a row designation/'where' statement: Something like: UPDATE ContactList SET Metric = "50"
I am working with Text Entry.I am trying to have a default response for any empty Text Entry to be "N/A" at the outcome.Is there a way for a default value to be hidden so that if there is no response, it gets "N/A" as outcome (instead of having "N/A" inside Text Entry already)?
While I was exploring option with Contact List Trigger, I was glad that ContactList can be used like a table (in database) where we could use to update our own data in Qualtrics.I guess only limitation for the ContactList is that it has to have an email address associated with it that if we try to update something, it should designate who did the update.Is there way we could bypass who did the update, and use another ContactList as purely a table we could use for multiple users can use to update data on each survey question and retrieve updated data on the outcome from that question (no matter who answered the question)?
I am trying to find out whether there is an Action that could hide questions if one person already answered questions.So, here is a scenario.Email is sent out to both subordinate and manager for a same survey.If subordinate answers the questions on the survey, and when manager later clicks the link to do the survey, it will either show/not show questions depending on submission of survey by subordinate/other person.Is it possible in Qualtrics?

I am trying to pull the name of recipient's name from Contact List to create Branch Logic on each block.Based on each recipient, it would determine which block of survey, he/she will see from the survey.How do I go about doing this?First, I thought creating a drop down menu by each recipients' name in one block, then tie that selection from the drop down into Branch Logic, but it does not seem to have that option.Thanks in advance.Justin
