Email Triggers - way for Embedded Data not to be shown?

I am trying to get rid of Embedded Data inside Email Trigger email that triggers when survey is completed.
I like the Response Part, but is there way to not display all Embedded data?

Since response summary is auto generated email/ format, we cannot control it and cannot hide those ED.
