I saw a note that XM Discover now has bi-directional dashboarding capabilities where you can embed a page from your Discover/Clarabridge dashboard into your Engage dashboard or vice versa. I’m having trouble finding instructions on how to do this though, or if this feature is even published yet?
I have a filter on my dashboard for recorded date, and I want the start date to always be August 4th, but I want viewers to be able to switch the end date to their desired timeframe. Is it possible to lock in the start date but allow people to switch the end date?
Does anyone have any tips or know of any good resources for learning how to write Javascript and Regex? I feel like learning this will help me in instances where features I want to use aren’t already included in Qualtrics but have been unsure with where to start. Any suggestions are appreciated!
Is it possible to have a carousel matrix question that has different scale points for different statements within the matrix? For example, some statements need to be on an agreement scale, and other statements need to be on a satisfaction scale.My problem is that my statements are long, so they get cut off when using the profile formatting instead of carousel, so people would have to scroll to the right to see the full scale.
I am seeing this “click the button to continue to the survey” in the actual anonymous link of my survey, but when in the preview page, the survey starts immediately at my first question. I want the first page of my survey to be my questions, not this “click the button” message. How do i get rid of this?
If I want respondents to only be able to answer a text entry question by typing exactly 9 digits AND these 9 characters can only be numbers, how can I do that? Right now, I have it set to validate with a character range of min of 9 and max of 9. The problem is that this still allows people to type in letters or other symbols, rather than only numbers.
There used to be a column titled “Links” in the distribution tab under personal links, and this column showed how many personalized links were generated from each contact list. This column disappeared in the past few weeks, so I’m having trouble seeing the exact number of links generated from each contact list now. Does anyone have any workarounds or suggestions to determine the number of personal links created per list?
When exporting data from the Data & Analysis tab into an Excel or CSV file, certain symbols or characters do not show up correctly in the Excel file. For example, any apostrophes in respondents’ text entry comments show up as “’” instead of an apostrophe. If a respondent wrote “aren’t,” it will display as “aren’t” in the CSV file. In Qualtrics, it does show up correctly, just not when exporting the data to Excel formatting. Is anyone else having this issue? Or does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I’m trying to find out if you can see click-thru rates and open rates when sending emails directly from Qualtrics. I saw a post that says “Surveys started” is somewhat equivalent to click thru rates, but is there a way to see open rates (how many people opened your email)?
Is it possible to apply a different weighting scheme to different widgets and/or data sources within the dashboard? I have multiple data sources in the dashboard, but some of them should have different weighting applied. I’m having trouble finding out how to keep the weighting schemes separate.
There is much debate on my team about the reliability of panel survey data. I have found that our survey scores tend to be much higher when conducted by panel, in comparison to our surveys that are directly sent to our customers via email. I’m curious to hear others’ thoughts on how trustworthy they think panel data is. And how do you combat false responses or bots when conducting a panel study?
We have created shortened anonymous survey links using sites like Bit.ly, but is there an easy way to create shortened personalized links within Qualtrics, rather than a 3rd party site? We’re hoping to place shortened personalized links in text messages, rather than a very long survey link due to character limitations with SMS.
If you send a survey out directly from Qualtrics via email and a recipient clicks the opt-out link in the email, will this unsubscribing also update for that contact in Microsoft Dynamics- D365, if integrated?
Based on a post I saw, I believe there’s a way to use email templates/designs. Are there any instructions though on how I can use an email template design to send out my survey? I’m confused on how or where to add in the template.
I am just learning that there’s a Chat GPT API integration available and found this support article that lists two examples of when it could be useful to create emails or tickets. I’m curious to hear if there are any other use cases for integrating with Chat GPT though. Or how have you used Chat GPT to analyze your survey data?
I’ve been trying to set the targeting logic for a web intercept to display if an Adobe Analytics custom event is equal to a certain value. I successfully added my Adobe Analytics account in the Admin tab under Extensions. However, I’m wondering if there’s anything else that I need to do to integrate Qualtrics with Adobe because the targeting logic isn’t working for the intercept.
