I am setting up the Sensitive Data Policy in Qualtrics and need some help. The NI number works, so does the email address. I need help amending formats for the phone numbers to match format of UK phone numbers, as well as adding a Date of birth topic and maybe a policy number topic. Also not sure if it’s possible but First and Last name. I do not know how to amend or create JSON files, when I tried amending the phone number format from exported JSON file, I was not able to save it as JSON file. Is there anyone here who could help me? or anyone who is from UK and might have the required topics saved? Thanks
We have an email invitation created in the library. This was created using Javascripts code by Qualtrics team when we first onboarded them. We would like to make some changes to the look and feel, particularly to width of the text and spacing between the lines, but I am not familiar with. I believe there are some elements in the code that adjust the invites depending on the device and screen size. This is something I am conscious of breaking. Does anyone here know what is my best option to amend this, as apparently the support team does not deal with this.

Agent knowledge at confirmation SURVEY 3 with Q1.Agent knowledge overallWe want to be able to combine all scores into a single Agent knowledge overall metric.I have created Custom metric - but we are not sure if they are correct. We would like to know how the calculation works. I have also created Measure Group field (Agent knowledge rolled up), mapping all the mentioned questions into that group. Again we are not sure how the calculation works. we are getting different scores when calculating it manually. Has anyone else used similar scenario before and / or knows how the calculations work?
Hello does anyone know if there is an option to replace ‘blank’ field with a value for example ‘no response’ if respondent chooses not to answer the questions and moves along (non forced questions)
helloI wonder if anyone else came across scenario where customer scores very low but leaves positive comment? and what suggestions do you have it to make clear to respondents what is positive and what is negative score?We are currently using Very Dissatisfied through to Very satisfied with the labels on the buttons
helloI have just started testing the VideoFeedback functionality. One of the videos (recorded on Iphone, portrait mode) appears to be sideways. When I play it individually it then flips to be the right way up. But when I added that video to a reel it plays sideways. Does anyone know how I can change this?

we would like to improve quality/detail of the open text questions, we've seen other survey firms employ prompts/questions in the moment. For example, if a respondent says, “The staff was great”, the follow up question would appear in over the text box, asking something like, “Can you tell us more about what made the staff great?”. It'd be good to know if Qualtrics has any of these capabilities.
We were trying to find out is whether Qualtrics has any capability to improve the length and quality/detail of open text questions. For length it may be some kind of 'gauge' or 'meter' alongside the text box to encourage the respondent to write a certain amount of text.

what logic is followed in the actual sample selection?In our Exit Survey set up, we currently have an Action Set that specifies the Intercept to be triggered when a user leaves any one of a long list of urls. The logic being to trigger the Intercept if user leaves URL A or URL B or URL C (etc). Within that Action Set we have the sampling rate set to 10%.Please can you advise if Qualtrics assigns that 10% to the entire set of URLS taken together or if it assigns that 10% to each individual URL. In other words is it: IF USER LEAVES (URL A OR URL B OR URL C) THEN APPLY 10% SAMPLING RATE TO COMBINED POPULATION OF USERS WHO HAVE VISITED (URL A AND URL B AND URL C) Or is it (IF USER LEAVES URL A THEN APPLY 10% SAMPLING RATE TO THE POPULATION OF USERS WHO HAVE VISITED URL A) OR (IF USER LEAVES URL B THEN APPLY 10% SAMPLING RATE TO POPULATION OF USERS WHO HAVE VISITED URL B), OR (IF USER LEAVES URL C THEN APPLY 10% SAMPLING RATE TO POPULATION OF USERS WHO HAVE VISITED URL C)
I have one population of customers that I want to display 2 different intercepts to ( Exit and Claim intercept), both trigered from URL containing /payment.I want sample rate 50% for Claim intercept and 50% for the Exit intercept. And I want the Claim intercept to take priority over the Exit intercept. So if customer fulfills both criteria he will be displayed the Claim intercept not the Exit one.Thank youAnna

Personalised survey link (to be completed by third party while on the phone with customer) works in Qualtrics but not when Third party is trying to access it. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
