Hi @JoycaV, no I havent. Seems as if most feature requests are not followed up by Qualtrics. And in the help section, I also found a description how to set it up (Set email trigger if opt-out condition is fulfilled) - but it just doesnt work automatically ... I am still pulling the opt-outs manually, although the functionality should be quite easy to implement. However, if you are able to find a solution, it would be great to let me know 😉
I would suggest to individualize the links by adding a parameter, e.g. a "Ticket_ID", to the anonymous link. To pass the parameter "Ticket_ID", it must be set as embedded data in the survey flow and a query string must be appended before sending out the survey to the respondents. For example: *anonymous_link*?Ticket_ID=*****************
I would not say that the "indiana survey" is well displayed. And does it work with mobile devices...? However, you could easily work around by using page breaks. In addition, you can include a back button via the 'survey options'.
There are two options of doing that. First, you can design each statement / question individually as matrix table (likert, single answer) with just 1 statement. Alternatively, you can chose multiple choice (single answer, horizontal) as question type. Although the way the multiple choice question is displayed might be more attractive, I would recommend using the matrix question type instead of multiple choice, because it might be more appropriate for further statistical analysis.
The language is part of the contact list. I suppose I will have to pipe the question text and responses. Thanks anyway, jpardicusick.
Hm, strange. It could be just a simple issue, e.g. the survey expiry date has passed (if a date has been set) or that your supervisor is using an individual link instead of the anonymous link.
You could use branches in the survey flow to lead them back to a previous block.
You could try it with the "Use Legacy Exporter" in the Data Tab --> Export & Import . Or you could fix this directly in the data tab, by adding a filter & editing the data with the selected cases.
Have you published the amendments?
Have you unchecked the option "By Invitation Only" under the Survey Options Tab?
The number of questions answered could be shown by using piped text. Taking the respondent back to the question or block might be solved by adding a branch at the end of the survey in the survey flow. Under the condition that for the repsective questions, all answer options are not selected, the survey is routed back to the question or block. This would be repeated several times until all questions have been answered.
This might be due to a copy mistake?! When copying a question, the skip logic and everything else is copyed as well.

I had a similar issue once. It was quite complicated to figure out what was wrong. Therefore, I would recommend to aks the Qualtrics support to get on the case.
I guess this would not work with side-by-side design. It should work with multiple choice though. You could put a text entry box under each item and display it whenever an items is answered "yes". And then force to put in a number larger than 0.
Is there logic involved in your questions? If so, the back button does not work prooerly.

Is this maybe because the project has not been collaborated to you? When collaborating is set up on this project, the "Distribute" option should be activated.
Well, I noticed that he matrix question does not solve the issue. Due to the methodology, the max diff design allows only one selected item per column. Besides, the items are randomised in a loop & merge block. That is why I would like to stick to the question type (max diff), but I would like to adjust how it is displayed. Any ideas?

That sounds quite complicated. Why not just send a reminder to unfinished respondents? If you would just like to ask for the demographics, you can skip all other questions in your survey and publish the updated questionnaire.
Set the information (name, contact no. etc.) from the contact list as embedded data at the beginning of your survey flow. When the respondents reach the end of survey message, you can display this information by pasting it into text boxes, e.g. one text box for ${m://name}, one for ${m://contact no.} and so on. This can be confirmed or changed by the respondents. If you have not worked with it yet, please be aware that some embedded data field names are already occupied by qualtrics.
