Is there a way to use the skip-logic function to return back to a previously answered question?

I am setting up a survey where the respondent may need to return back to and re-answer a previous question. They will answer the question using a different answer the second time around which will then lead them to a new set of questions. I suppose the answer i am looking for, is there a way to return to an earlier question in your survey using skip-logic? It looks as though you may be able to use 'loop and merge' to achieve this but I don't think it will allow me to do what i need.

You could use branches in the survey flow to lead them back to a previous block.

@simonnz40 are you wanting to replace the original answer or retain the original answer and just have them answer the same question again, possibly leading to a new set of questions?
