I need my supervisor to be able to re-use the link to test my survey. I unchecked the "Prevent Ballot Box Stuffing" option and re-sent her the link, however she is still unable to access the survey.
How do I fix this?

Have you unchecked the option "By Invitation Only" under the Survey Options Tab?
I have had "Open Access" selected since I created the survey.
Hm, strange. It could be just a simple issue, e.g. the survey expiry date has passed (if a date has been set) or that your supervisor is using an individual link instead of the anonymous link.
@Ejayne I have had issues testing surveys this way and the best workaround for me is to take the survey in an incognito or private browsing window. Also, you may have her clear the browser history/cache.
