You would need to replace the button ID (NextButton) & option ID's (QID1-1-label, QID1-2-label) with your survey's relevant id's that you can find by inspecting the elements. But what you can do is: Use two matrix tables and in the second matrix table you can replace the question text and choices text with blank spaces. This would achieve the desired result but with a little more whitespace in between. Best,

Hi @mobb2, This can be accomplished by keeping the descriptive part of the question blank and instead use that descriptive text in the question itself. In the screenshot below, the entire text is in the question statement. The descriptive part of the slider is kept empty. !
Hi @naco8461, I believe this has less to do with the slider question but the issue could well be with the Javascript code in use. I replicated your scenario without the JS and kept the questions on different page, and then any currency symbol works fine with the slider.

If you want to accomplish something as shown in the screenshot attached, you can enter the code under Look and Feel>Style>Custom CSS. To mention, this code is not specific to a particular matrix question. @BettoLamacchia Alternatively, you can also check your question ID by going into "Support Mode" ( Hold down Ctrl+Shift > Click Tools > Click Support Mode at the bottom of Tools Menu.) You will see the ID here then: !
Hi @BettoLamacchia, You may need to enter the ID of the question which possibly could be QID11, but it can differ if you have added deleted questions in between. You can check your questionID by inspecting that question. It should start with QID.

Still, if you want to go ahead with the coloring, you can add the below code under Look and Feel>Style>Custom CSS Before pasting the code, you would need to replace the question ID with your required Question ID. For me it was QID4. You can find yours by inspecting any of your answer choices. Below is the screenshot of the output: !
