If you go to Dashboard Settings Scales do we need to adjust all the scales or will it automatically adjust for us based on the survey questions (red, yellow, green).

The scales auto adjust based on the number of answer options available for a question. However, it is recommended to have a look whether the auto allocated scale range is what you need.
