Thanks ManfredBM & MattiasM for all your responses. The best way to do it is through javascript and now I'm able to have a dynamic report. Unfortunately, javascript doesn't work in email templates. I'll have to figure out a way to download the report as PDF at the end. Any idea on how to acheive that?
Ok.. so I need to create the results as a block at the end and display it to the respondents. and the final submission of the survey will happen after display of this block?

One more question.. I'm right now in the research phase so exploring new things on how Qualtrics can be used. Is it possible to create radar chart using the Bipolar Matrix table in CoreXM ? I know its possible in EX and BX dashboards. But my questions are not designed for EX & BX survey, I'm creating a self assessment kind of survey for my customers where I want to display results to them at the end. Is it possible to create this diagram below in Results/Reports using CoreXM?This is done in Excel.

Also, can I explain briefly what exactly I'm looking for...Is there a way we can keep using the same links but just update the Event/Session Name (Monthly) and segregate the responses (e.g. Responses for May, June, July separately to be viewed)? So that you don’t have to recreate the survey every month. What is the best way to do this? Right now I'm creating anonymous feedback survey projects for each event every month. The thing is these are monthly update meetings , and after the session presentation, we want to get feedbacks from the meeting attendees (which is not more than 10 people). So I was exploring options where I can use the same survey project every month instead of taking a copy and using it for the next event.

You can create an embedded data which identifies the source of the survey taken by the respondent at the beginning of the first block in your survey flow. Then after the end of block 1 you can create a branch logic and end the survey for the website survey takers. Try and see if this works.
LHaynes You can show the score at the end of the survey in a customized "End of Survey Message" in Survey Flow. You can use piped text to show the score there.

Hmm understood. Then I'll have to look for a way where personal data is pushed to another system which GDPR compliance for my org. Can that be achieved through Actions ? In that case will this be still saved in Qualtrics?
Thanks for replying.I'll have a consent question at the end, where the report will be sent only to those who would like to get the full report via email. I already have a End of Survey message designed with the full report to be displayed after ending the survey. But what you have sent me looks much interesting. I'll explore it more for my use in the future. What I want is to delete the email after sending them the email so that it is not stored in Qualtrics anymore.
ahmedA Can this work for a text entry question where I have asked for an email Id. In my scenario, I would like the email to be deleted after I send a report to the respondent via an email trigger. I must not save the respondent email id due to GDPR .
rondev Sending email without storing emails: I'm looking for this option in my survey where I need to send a results report after the survey is completed. I have asked for the email address at the end of the survey via a text entry question in order to send the respondent a report. But due to GDPR compliance, I should not be saving the email address in Qualtrics. So when we do this, the email gets saved as data in the background. What will be the best option for this. I have API access, but I have never used it.
Hi Thanks for responding.When I select the Q68 from the list of survey questions shown in Piped text feature, it comes as QID57 is the text. I don't understand why this is happening. The issue is not there for my other questions in the survey.

ahmedA Thanks for responding. There is no embedded data before end of survey element in my survey flow. The last block in my survey is block 5, and the Header appears on top of the that. But after submitting the survey the header is still coming in the thank you page. here is a screenshot of how the survey flow looks like:
TomG I have set an embedded data as Head and used the piped text in look and feel for header for each block. But somehow the header is showing in the End of Survey page also after the submission of the survey. How to remove that?
