In EX (Employee Engagement) I can give managers the permission to create idea boards for improvement actions. If I understood the system correctly, every manager creates their own board. Correct? Is there a way (for me as an admin) to get access to those idea boards of all managers and to ideally get a consolidated board with all ideas across all managers? Thanks,Manfred

Hi,I’ve tried to add a “comparison” to the gauge widgets in Employee Dashboards.I would like to show the value of (let’s say) ‘Overall Engagement’ for the selected organisational unit and show as a comparison the respective value of the entire organisation. Is there a way to achieve this? After not finding a direct way, I’ve tried to work with manually uploaded benchmarks. But I can only upload benchmarks for individual questions and not for the ‘categories’ (i.e. grouped questions). In the qualtrics documentation it says that this is intended behaviour and that the category scores will automatically be calculated by Qualtrics. But this seems not to be the case: For a gauge widget I can only select ‘individual question benchmarks’ a comparison point.Any idea of how to show such a comparision for a gauge widget in EX? Hi,is there a way to automatically close the window/screen of a mobile feedback intercept after the completion of the questionnaire? I’ve tried to use a timer on the end-of-survey message, but this doesn’t work for mobile intercepts. Hi,I've set up an XM Directory Automation for importing contacts (= calls to our hotline) and distributing a transactional feedback survey.The date / time of the customer interaction (call to the hotline) gets imported into the XM Directory as "Transaction Date".I now would like to use the date of the transaction in the survey flow / survey text. For example: "Thanks for calling our service hotline on 23-07-2022!"Is there a way to access the 'Transaction Date' in the survey? I guess I have to set it up as Embedded Data?And if so, is there a way to only use the day (and not the entire time stamp including the time)?Thanks!Manfred
Hi,I've uploaded my contact list in the XM Directory. Each respondent has a language code attached. Unfortunately I have to use a 3rd party email service for sending out the invitations, so the plan is to download the CSV file including the personal links to the survey.1) I figured out that those personal links do already direct the respondent to the correct language-version of the survey. Is that correct?2) Since I'm using a 3rd party email service, I have to send out the invitations in the correct language, too. But unfortunately my exported CSV file doesn't include the language code. Is there a way to include the language code in the export?Thanks!Manfred

Hi,after creating my CX Dashboard, I've added new Embedded Data Fields to my survey. Since those new fields didn't show up automatically in the dashboard / mapping, I've created new fields in the dataset mapping. (At the same time, I've deleted 20+ old variable mappings)Problem:My dashboard still doesn't display the newly mapped fields. And it still offers me the fields that are already deleted.When creating a new dashboard (based on the existing mapping), the newly mapped fields show up (and the deleted ones don't). This is the desired behaviour!Question:How can I force the existing dashboard to use the updated mapping? It obviously got stuck in an outdated state.Thanks!Manfred
Hi Community!I'm doing some calculations after a Loop&Merge, using the questions from the loop.When referring to the questions like this, it works: perf = "${q://x3_QID14/SelectedChoicesRecode}";This provides me with the answer for QID14 in the loop for "company" #3 (=loopID 3).My problem is that I would like to nest this statement in a for-loop (iterating over i). So something like:perf = "${q://x" + i + "_QID14/SelectedChoicesRecode}";This line unfortunately doesn't return anything.What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to solve this?Thanks!Manfred
Hi,since I'm quite new to JS (and especially to JS in Qualtrics), I'm struggling with the following task:When the page unloads, I want to do some custom calculation and save the result in an embedded data field. Since the calculation is rather complex, I can't use the math operations in survey flow.I guess I know how to do the calculation and how to store the embedded data, but how can I best retrieve the recode values of an answered question (Question IDs are known: QID7 // QID8)?Some additional information: QID7 and QID8 are both Multiple Choice (single answer!) questions displayed on the same page.Thanks!Manfred
Hi,I'm afraid I already know the answer, but it's worth a try:Is there a way to record incomplete interviews only if the respondent has answered the questionnaire up to a certain point? I would like to avoid saving all the interviews where the respondent just clicked on the link or dropped out right at the first questions.Thanks!Manfred
