EX Idea Boards - Access across managers

In EX (Employee Engagement) I can give managers the permission to create idea boards for improvement actions.

 

If I understood the system correctly, every manager creates their own board. Correct?

 

Is there a way (for me as an admin) to get access to those idea boards of all managers and to ideally get a consolidated board with all ideas across all managers?

  1. Yes, every manager that has the permission to use Ideas are able to create their own board and send a link to their employees
  2. No, I spoke with Qualtrics customer support awhile back and they confirmed that this is not possible unless that specific manager tells you they created one and you proxy as them or they send you a link to their ideas board.

With Actions Plan however you can view all actions that managers are creating and monitor them within manager assist or an action plans dashboard.
