Hi,
I'm afraid I already know the answer, but it's worth a try:
Is there a way to record incomplete interviews only if the respondent has answered the questionnaire up to a certain point? I would like to avoid saving all the interviews where the respondent just clicked on the link or dropped out right at the first questions.

At present, no. It's a requested feature in the Product Ideas section, if you can find it and upvote it. We would love to be able to set a minimum % complete or a minimally responded to Q#___ (specified)

you can solve this with API, first create flag embeeded variable in survey flow after question you want to consider this to be recorded.
After that you have to copy this record in data of some dummy survey with data update api.
