I’ve read through so many posts but none of the css codes seem to work for changing the color of my text input for responses. This is the css I have and the question text and body work find but not the input text..Skin .QuestionText {color:#F8850D;}.Skin .QuestionBody {color:#F8850D;} .Skin .InputText,input[type=text] {color : #F8850D !important;} I need my village, please! ☺
Data in some columns is wrapping but not in all. Those that aren't are hard to read and difficult to update if needed. Is there a way to wrap the response text?
I have a survey used as an audit. If the audit scores less than 100%, an ticket is generated with certain fields in the ticket data if the person audited disagrees with our findings. When the person opens the ticket, the rebuttal link should have the required ED pre-populated in the survey that opens. Originally, I had an embedded data field titled "Rebuttal Link" and set the value to a URL that included "https...surveyID?Assessment=${e://Field/Assessment}&Reviewee=${e://Field/Reviewee}...etc Then I tried adding "?format=urlencode" to all the fields before the last "}". Then tried "?format=uriencode". Then tried a JS (_code image below_) without the ED for the rebuttal link, then with both formats (url and uri). If any of the ED's contain multiple words, the link stops at the first "space". None of the methods I tried are putting the "%20" code for spacing. How do I code the ED value to pull multi-word data into a URL created in that value?! Thanks for any help out there!! ☺
We have someone on our team who suddenly is unable to update a ticket. He can neither add notes in the Activity section nor can he update the ticket status. No one else on our team is having this issue. Any suggestions for resolution to this problem?

I have a survey with quite a few questions that may not apply depending on the situation. I have an email trigger to pull in all responses. Is there a way to code the table to display only those questions containing a specific response? Such as display only if response=No??? Thanks!
I have 2 calculated values in my dashboard that I need to add together for a total amount/percentage variable. One of these values is almost always negative. I need to convert that value to an absolute in order to achieve my final result. My example of $671.50 + (-$1789.70) should equal $2461.20 not -$1118.20. Note: The survey results are always positive. One of the dashboard calculations is what results in a negative, which is correct. !
We use the surveys as an audit tool. One auditor completes a portion of the survey then another auditor picks up where the 1st leaves off. The 2nd auditor should be designated as the primary respondent in our dashboard, however, the embedded auditor field is not updated when the 2nd person takes over. Any suggestions how to accomplish this change-over to reflect the correct respondent in our dashboard?
A little background. We have been using email triggers but suddenly there seems to be a random problem with delivery and we have no way to check if the email was sent. Setting up an Email Task instead, at least gives us a log of items and whether they were completed (sent) or failed. Details are messy (they appear as source code) but again, at least we can get the details. Too bad its not "pretty" like the ticketing log. :) After that long story, my questions are 1) can we delete the items in the Actions>Reporting log and 2) can we export this list or the ticketing log list?
We have one setup but the columns self-adjust based on piped values. We want static column width on all columns. I would think I could define the widths in the source code but the only line I saw was: <table border="1" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1" style="width:500px;"> I guess the "px" confuses me as I generally think of that as related to font size.
Hello, my friends. I have a simple table where I'm pulling in a count for multiple dimensions. However, it is confusing for the end-user to find the count applicable to them. Is there a way to sort the dimensions alphabetically?
We use surveys for tests and audits. We use the gauge chart for total average scores. Is there a way I can duplicate this widget, or use another type, to lock the YTD average score? Seems every time I click on a particular month, my YTD changes to just that month's average rather than being able to compare the 2 widgets. Lot of back and forth if I can't lock it. Of course, it will have to pull in succeeding months as well as they are pulled into the dashboard so it will not be completely static.
Is there a way, perhaps in custom metrics, to calculate the number of business days, (excluding weekends and holidays)?
I have created an additional page for an existing dashboard that is a work-in-progress. I do not want my viewers to see this info until it is completed. I've marked it as a "private page" but now cannot remove that limitation for my audience. How do I return a page to normal view?
Is there a way to bring in custom metrics into a pie chart? The embedded data is from 2 different data sources but a pie chart only allows 1 metric. I thought the custom metric would work. It provides a nice little bar chart but my boss wants a pie chart. Period. Why can't I map my custom metrics?
Hi community! I found in Q-Support the field type multi-answer text set is compatible with the Record Grid and Breakdown Bar widgets. However, I can only see one answer in the record grid and the breakdown bar separates them. If the correct response is 1 or more of a multiple choice, I need to see all selected. Also, I need the breakdown bar to group appropriately. Any ideas?
I have a 14 line condition I'm setting in my action tasks for a great number of surveys. Rather than having to type it out every time, can an action task or condition be saved in my library?
I am using a survey as an audit. Each question is yes or no but I have a text entry box to explain the reason the auditor choose "no". I want to pull all "no" responses into one embedded field. I have done that and it works great. The problem is I want to separate the responses with a ";". Unless all responses are no, I get a lot of erroneous ;;;;;'s because they are hard-coded. How do I have only one ; separator presuming there are only a couple of wrong answers? I know it's going to be simple but I cannot put my finger on it.

We use surveys as an audit tool. We changed the Look & Feel of our surveys to a simple amber text on black background. These colors ease eye strain when we're conducting audits all day long. However, i noticed when opening the full record button on a ticket page, the text is now amber on a light background. Makes it difficult to read. Does anyone know how to manipulate the color scheme for this?
