Hi @sbiggers! Good question! We run events in multiple time zones, and the widgets above convert the session times based on your browser’s time zone! So yes, there will be a session late at night depending on which time zone you are in! We hope to see you at a session (day or night)!

I think it would be helpful to have breakout rooms by the kind of XM data we are collecting - EX data and strategies are very different in my perspective from customer experience data. I still think we would improve our response rates if we were able to change the noreply@qemailserver.com that the survey automatically displays as the from Address. If this small product update allowed us to put our company/department name, many of the surveys that go unanswered because they don’t recognize this from address wouldn’t get dismissed when the employee doesn’t even open the email to access the survey link. All of the other automated features that are pulling from the meta data are great in Qualtrics, but not being able to customize the from address seams like a simple upgrade that would be very beneficial to us. Unfortunately, given the constraints of our registration and conferencing systems, it is only possible for a single person to log on with a single registration. The only other options would be to:Create additional Qualtrics user accounts and limit their permissions according to your privacy policies Create guest accounts on Basecamp Create free Qualtrics accountsI hope this helps! Aside from custom coding, one thing that you can do is utilize the feature DELAY SHOWING SUBMIT BUTTON. It wouldn’t guarantee a participant engages with the audio, but it certainly would encourage them to play the clip and prevent them from moving on until at least the length of the clip. Good luck!

Hi funkyfresh, I would recommend reaching out to the Qualtrics support team or to contact your brand administrator. Being a student at a university, you may also have access to Qualtrics through a university license. 104 questions shouldn't be an issue for Qualtrics.

From your screenshot, it looks like you are still using contacts opposed to directories, which is why you can't find contact frequency rules.
