The stores are listed in the Directory, meaning that there are 200 contacts with each a store name in an embedded data field. So I can easily get this in a survey question. But the process described above does not require it. In your case you could maybe use the Excel workflow task to add a row to a spreadsheet with the variables from the survey response, then use that at the CSV to import.

Hello Johannes, I have a workaround that does not involve API & workflow at all. Go to survey flow and add an end of survey element at the very top with a customised message which can be same as the default one. Make sure to check this option as well. Now, you can use the OOTB available settings for thank you as well as reminder emails. For reminder emails, you will have to hide the survey link in source. hope this helps. Nice solution. It's not perfect, but it'll do. Thanks!

Hi @Umang Upadhyay, thank you for the reply, but I'm sorry to say it doesn't help. The Thank You email functionality only works for running surveys. The survey is closed. The problem is that even if I can activate it again, this would allow respondents who haven't started to fill the survey past end date. And even if I can schedule the Thank You mail before closing it, I cannot sent the mail after closing it in one go.
@MatthewM, but when you do that, the Directory/Respondents Funnel will count that testing email to your burner gmal account as an Email Sent. So when you visualize the total of Email Sent / invitations in your dashboard, the count will not be correct. Do you then filter on List ID or Distribution ID?

@ash123 tried that. Unfortunatedly, like @dxconnamnguyen says, that gets rid of the link not the distribution as registerd in the directory. The best solution is to never use the directory with real respondents for testing. Too bad we didn't do this from the beginning. Will do so in future surveys.Like @dxconnamnguyen says, filtering on the List ID works, or alternatively filtering out the unnecessary Distribution ID's, although it's not pretty.
Actually Qualtrics seems to have changed something about the Funnel, because I can see old distributions even though I added the Funnel later. So that's great!

I made a User Type with all permissions deselected, except 2: Use CX Dashboards and Use Dashboard Viewer-app.Still, the first problem is that when the user logs in, he can choose between Dashboard Viewer and Qualtrics platform. This should not be, because these users only need to view (and export) dashboards from the Viewer app.The second problem if that when they chose the Viewer, they can still navigate back to the "normal" Dashboard environmentThere, they can even use Stats iQ, even if these user type does not have permissions for this.

Thank you @Aanurag_QC and @ash123 en @Shobhit for your replies. It's not exactly what I mean though. I know of course that I can make a group, but I need to show the two metrics side by side. I think the difficulty is that one question is a matrix, so a series of likert-scale MC, and the other is a MC text set where the respondent choses 2 out of 10 options.So in the dashboard you get 10 variables (Number Set) on the one hand, and 1 variable (Text Set with multiple answers) on the other hand. I can't join those in one group.
O wait, I wrote “SurveyID” instead of “surveyId”.Qualtrics does not make it easier by not being consistent in the naming conventions :D

One way to do it could be updating the contact in the XM Directory by adding the result as Embedded Data. You'd have to first create the field in the XM Directory, then you can add the Single profile update task and push the result from the Code task into that field. You would need to also add the Directory Funnel as a source to the Dashboard. Not sure if you have that in place already.Another way would be perhaps to use the Update Response API api.qualtrics.com/daed82306b1ea-update-response. You would have to set an Embedded Data for the Yes/No questions, then when the response has been taken update it with the API.Haven't tried this, it's a strange situation, not being allowed to use the Survey Flow or Recoding.Are you aware that you can also recode in the Dashboard instead of the Survey? You could just add the variable twice in the Dashboard Data and recode it for the second.

Hi @dxconnamnguyen, I think that the CSS code I provided is the easiest way. If you put them all the way on top with some description it's workable. It also has the advantage that you can use more than two theme colors (I use 5).It's in theory possible to get the primary and secondary colors from the Look & Feel editor, but the problem is there is no place to put the JS in that page. When I inspect the element, the primary and secondary colors appear to be set using inline styles on elements with classes ._1vrIU. For anyone interested, I couldn't make a JS in the header work to fetch the primary and secondary colours in the look and feel, but I found a workable and easy alternative.The goal is to easily adjust the main colours of for a survey with a lot of CSS styling.
