Hi Community! Is there a way to somehow get the SingleResponseReportLink for each response into a CX Dashboard without using the Directory Funnel?

I need the Dashboard users to be able to download the Response Report without accessing Data & Analysis.

The Record Table widgets allows users to view the Full Record of a response, but not to download it. Is there a way for a user to get it in PDF or to see the SingleResponseReportLink there?

Yeah I just tested that @dxconnamnguyen , it’s working

Add an empty ED named “Link” to your survey flow.

Create a workflow triggered by survey completion and call a Web Service Task to the Update Response API to fill that ED with the response link.

Hi @vgayraud I assume you mean the Full Record option? The user can't download that one, as far as I know. But if I could just get the Response Report in a data field, I could add it there. How?

@JohannesCE I will make a work flow to update this field ${srr://SingleResponseReportLink} right back at that response as embedded data. However, I’m not being able to get the pip-text to work properly https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/actions-module/email-task/#ResponseReport

O wait, I wrote “SurveyID” instead of “surveyId”.

Qualtrics does not make it easier by not being consistent in the naming conventions :D

I made a typo with my API field and then you too 🤣🤣🤣.
What a coincident or Qualtrics does really confuses us with the naming 🤣🤣🤣
