Hi All,We are in the phase of implementing Qualtrics engagement surveys for one of our customers and we have already built a survey which has been distributed to 30 participants in the customer team, however there were some users who got an incorrect message as "Your either have completed the survey or your session has expired". Please note these users have never taken the survey earlier, this is the first time they got an invitation mail and they tried clicking on the survey link.Kindly advise if you have also faced similar issues when you distributed surveys to your participants and what could be the possible reasons and solutions for these kind of issues?Regards,Manjista
Hi Experts,One of our customer has recently tested engagement surveys where we used confidential survey links instead of anonymous surveys and they are concerned with the fact that with confidential surveys responses can be easily identified by managers especially if they have very small teams in dashboards, also the data and analysis tab will show the complete response data by employee name , id etc. Can you folks help us in understanding what is the usual practice that you follow while distributing employee engagement or pulse surveys, do you prefer to keep it anonymous or confidential and how do you ensure that your dashboards are sensitive enough to not allow managers or admins identify employees by their responses?Please advise the best practice and best available solutions.Kind Regards, Manjista

Dear Team,One of our customer wants a report where he can comparative date of employee 360 feedback belonging to a particular band, department, grade etc? For example if employee A and his/peers belong to a department X and Band 3, 360 feedback is received for both his and his peers, where does A lie in terms of 360 feedback compared to that of his peers? Hi Experts,The license agreement for this customer says the below, your response to these queries would be a great help. Qualtrics Employee Engagement & (2) Qualtrics Emp Egmt add-on for Engagement Pulse- What does this mean? Also does this ensure that they get the pre-built engagement survey template with standard questions, employee hierarchy, dashboards and action planning? “SAP Qualtrics Employee Engagement includes one survey per contract year”. Does this mean as it sounds – that we can only run one annual survey??, what difference will the pulse add on bring to this? For how many employees the qualtrics license is bought? 9,000 initially rising to 15,00 from March 2022. Do they need an additional license for SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics Employee Directory Automation via SFTP or the above licence should be fine?Do they get access to Quick Polling templates and also run polling kind of surveys with the above license or they need to purchase separate licencesFinally they have

Hello experts,One of our customer today gets 360 surveys run in one of .net based platform which they will be sunsetting soon, they are considering Qualtrics 360 surveys to meet their requirements however they have a very comprehensive detailed report summary that they release to their leadership employees as a part of their 360 evaluations. Can you please advise if the comparative and trend tables as in the attached image can be built as part of 360 Reports and how we can achieve the same? It would be great if you could give some help or ideas how we can achieve this in the 360 reports technically? Hello Experts,I have created an engagement survey and on executing the Expert Review the system suggested to create an hierarchy question as it has anonymous links as a severe error, I had created the same and now system shows a WCAG message.Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue so that the Expert Review is successful.
Hello Experts,Can someone let me know how the error in the attached screenshot can be resolved, I have already checked the support page "https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-checker/common-user-mistakes/?utm_medium=ExpertReview&utm_source=product&utm_campaign=DescriptiveTextLastElement&utm_content=#DescriptiveTextLastElement" , but according to this I would need to remove the Closing Message block completely and this cannot be done as the message needs to be displayed before the respondent clicks on the Submit button to submit the survey response or go back to make changes which cannot be achieved using the "End of Survey" block. Also as I am using a Randomizer in the survey flow to display 3 blocks randomly, I cannot put this text in one of these blocks.Please suggest what can be done to improve on this message.
