Request Urgent Help - Need Details of Qualtrics Related Licence Information for a Customer Account

Hi Experts,The license agreement for this customer says the below, your response to these queries would be a great help.   Qualtrics Employee Engagement & (2) Qualtrics Emp Egmt add-on for Engagement Pulse- What does this mean? Also does this ensure that they get the pre-built engagement survey template with standard questions, employee hierarchy, dashboards and action planning? “SAP Qualtrics Employee Engagement includes one survey per contract year”.  Does this mean as it sounds – that we can only run one annual survey??, what difference will the pulse add on bring to this? For how many employees the qualtrics license is bought? 9,000 initially rising to 15,00 from March 2022. Do they need an additional license for SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics Employee Directory Automation via SFTP or the above licence should be fine?Do they get access to Quick Polling templates and also run polling kind of surveys with the above license or they need to purchase separate licencesFinally they have still not received the system details from the Qualtrics team, whom can we reach to get the system details for this customer? Can Andy help in this regard?
