Integration of SAP SuccessFactors with Qualtrics for Onboarding Surveys to New Hires

Hello Experts,
I have tried configuring the email surveys which will be triggered whenever an external candidate is onboarded into the SuccessFactors system but unfortunately not able to add the candidate to the mailing list even after Directory Automation is created. Can someone share a step by step guide in case you have a done a similar set up for SuccessFactors and Qualtrics Integration for Email Surveys?

    Martabilotta - Hi, we would need to raise a ticket with SAP to get your issue checked, unfortunately I could not work on this issue any further so have no significant solution that I can propose to you.

    Do you have the rule set up under the Intelligent service centre? as you have to set the days in that.
