Hi All,We are in the phase of implementing Qualtrics engagement surveys for one of our customers and we have already built a survey which has been distributed to 30 participants in the customer team, however there were some users who got an incorrect message as "Your either have completed the survey or your session has expired". Please note these users have never taken the survey earlier, this is the first time they got an invitation mail and they tried clicking on the survey link.Kindly advise if you have also faced similar issues when you distributed surveys to your participants and what could be the possible reasons and solutions for these kind of issues?Regards,Manjista
