Adding a dashboard delegate

I know how to upload employee/manager info for dashboard delegate access, but is there not a way to do this manually within the hierarchy as well for when we have one off requests?  If there is, can someone point me in the right direction please.

Can Action Planning Guidance be uploaded?

Does all of the action planning guidance really have to be entered manually??  And if so is there an enhancement in the works to allow for uploads?  It’s a very time-consuming task that I sure hope carries over when the project is copied.

Survey Results - filter with selectable values

Well-versed in XM but first time using core survey project with contact list.  All my results filters seem to be searchable text fields instead of being populated with a list of values to select from. I’ve embedded contact metadata in my survey flow for everything.  What am I missing?Also looking for a participation % type widget that I cannot seem to locate.

EX Dashboard Only Project??

CX has a dashboard only project type that can be created without living inside a specific project. Doesn’t appear as though something like that exists for EX, but I suppose we could create a blank project to mimic the capability.  Has anyone already done this or have an alternative approach? *side note for community admins - why no EX dashboard category to select from?

Inline Question in Post Survey EX Thank You Email

Upon completion of our annual engagement survey, we would like to send an email with a single question that allows employees to indicate whether they would like to participate in a focus group or not.Can this be done using the Post Survey Thank You with a link to a second one question survey, preferably allowing the participant to click Yes/No in the email without that survey opening?EDIT: Found the support doc showing how to use the Timing question for the immediate submit. But there’s no icon in the Thank You message for inserting the survey question.  If I paste the html code from the core Survey project type message would that work?

EX25 - is there any test responses available so we can see how the dashboards look???

Any way to view the prebuilt EX25 dashboards without having people take the survey to produce dummy data?  And is there a sample Action Planning page anywhere we have access to?  Obv can create our own but would be nice to see someone else’s take.

Are there any plans to add automations to more EX project types?

The automation in the Lifecycle surveys would be great to have in other project types?   Would be great to see them added to the Ad Hoc projects.  Actually…it would be great to have a single project type that includes all the functionalities of Lifecycle, Ad Hoc and Engagement projects.  Would allow much more flexibility in some of our builds instead of having to decide which feature is most important if what we need isn’t is in two diff project types.

Anyone using the EX Dashboard Report Templates?

I know customizations are more limited in reports compared to the dashboards, but is there really not a way to modify the Engagement Summary visualization to get rid of these callout lines and labels?  Hoping it’s just something I’m missing.

Text IQ Topic EX Dashboard Data fields

Is manual entry the only way to add all the data fields required to use Text Topic info in a dashboard?  We create our dashboards pretty much on day 1 for our project owners to track responses real-time before anything is done in Text IQ.

Combining response date into 1 data value for dashboards

Have an issue where several survey responses were collected a day prior to the official launch.  In our dashboards, we show responses by day and would like to role the early responses into the next day’s responses.  Is there a way to do this on the dashboard without editing the individual response dates on the data & analysis tab?

Widen matrix likert profile statement section, close up white space between response options

I’ve searched and searched and just haven’t found what I’m looking for.  I want to widen the area where the statements are and close up the spacing between the response options in the question below.

Is it possible to distribute one engagement survey with both Anon & Personal Links

Engagement Survey Distribution… can we use both an Anonymous link with an SSO Authenticator and Personal Links in the same survey?  We have a subset of participants who are not in Active Directory and would prefer to not ask the respondent to provide any demographic info in the survey to tie them to their metadata.  Hence the need for the personal link.

Display EX Ad Hoc individual responses on a dashboard

We’re using an Ad Hoc project for change management feedback and need to provide a dashboard page showing all the responses for a single participant selected in a page filter.  Is this doable in an EX dashboard?

Has anyone used MS Viva Adaptive Cards for survey distribution with an API call to remove card once survey is completed?

We are toying with the idea of using Viva Adaptive Cards as an additional distribution channel for our enterprise surveys.  The individual cards should disappear after each employee has taken their survey but we are concerned about potential performance if we set the process up to work in near real-time.  We’re a bit gun-shy because IT took down Workday doing something similar for PTO cards. 😣  Nightly updating is acceptable, but more frequently would be ideal from a UX perspective.

Will the participation summary & response rates widgets work properly for a survey using an anonymous link and an authenticator to connect the responses to all the participant metadata?

Historical comparisons based on current hierarchy without mapping 10k EEs

Is there a support article or basecamp course that explains how to show historical survey results in a dashboard based on a manager’s current hierarchy instead of the hierarchy in place at the time the prior surveys were distributed?

Response Ticker Grouping

Is there a way to use the response ticker, or another widget, that won't group all comments by participant if all our open-text questions are selected for display? If we filter on the open text questions individually, the anonymity threshold prevents many of our managers from seeing their comments, and if we select all the open-text questions, it groups them by respondent making it easier to deduce who the respondent is.

Complete NOOB here...Border issue with simple table in message

Force Text Entry to be email address from specific domain

Have a "what's ur email?" text question in an anonymous, always open survey and would like to restrict the responses to only allow "@XXXdomain.com" email addresses. Is this possible? ...total newbie here.
