Is there a way to use the response ticker, or another widget, that won't group all comments by participant if all our open-text questions are selected for display? If we filter on the open text questions individually, the anonymity threshold prevents many of our managers from seeing their comments, and if we select all the open-text questions, it groups them by respondent making it easier to deduce who the respondent is.

Only solution is to create embedded field in survey and concatenate all open ended questions in this single field. You can then use this field in dashboard.
