Has anyone used MS Viva Adaptive Cards for survey distribution with an API call to remove card once survey is completed?

We are toying with the idea of using Viva Adaptive Cards as an additional distribution channel for our enterprise surveys. The individual cards should disappear after each employee has taken their survey but we are concerned about potential performance if we set the process up to work in near real-time. We’re a bit gun-shy because IT took down Workday doing something similar for PTO cards. 😣 Nightly updating is acceptable, but more frequently would be ideal from a UX perspective.
