Good morning,in the survey I have configured there are two date values linked together. One of them in fact is calculated by javascript based on the other date (it goes back a few days).The mechanism is active on several surveys and works fine, the reported problem is that in 2 responses out of hundreds of thousands, the javascript was not read. How is this possible? Could it be that the respondent's browser is unable to read the inserted javascript?Best, Carlo
Hi everyone, I have a problem, I would like to give people possibility to unsubscribe from Directory via Web Feedback.I want to use a Web Feedback project as another way to distribute my survey, so I need it to update the Directory.I tried to insert the link ${l://OptOutURL}&OptOut=dir directly in a question text in the survey but it doesn’t work.Any other workaround suggested? Good morning,I have a request related to uploading data to Directory.Premise, I have set Identity Resolution based on email.When a contact with the same email is uploaded, this thing happens:- "full" embedded data values overwrite the embedded data values of the contact already existing in Directory- "empty" embedded data values do not overwrite "full" embedded data valuesExample: if I have a field "wife" valued as "Daniela", I can load a row with the same mail, with the field "wife" valued as "Laura", updating it.The problem, however, is that by loading a row with the same email with the "wife" field not valorized, the field is not "emptied" but remains "Daniela". Same thing if the field is filled with a "space".Do you know if there is any coding that allows a blank to be overwritten to a value? (e.g. /space, /na...)? Best,Carlo

Good morning everyone,I am creating a workflow with tasks to input data from Qualtrics to Salesforce.I need to configure a total of about 10 fields, all are working correctly except 1.The field that does not work is a field called "DT_COMPETENCE" whose value is determined through javascript (or current date) and was not configured as "date" in the survey flow but as "text" as otherwise it was creating problems in dashboard.Within the data and analysis tab, the value displays correctly and, through mapping, in dashboard, we are able to use it correctly to split the data into days/months/years. So, everything is fine.The only problem is that when we go to pass the field into Salesforce, it is passed as text, but the value that is passed is the text: "invalid date."How come? Is it possible to see the platform bugs to figure out how to fix the problem?Thank you

Good morning,I have a problem. In directory, I have set frequency rules so that it is not possible to send emails to the same contact less than 30 days after the previous one.Each week new lists are loaded into directory to send surveys to which may contain duplicate contacts.Each list has different embedded data, but I can't merge because otherwise the new embedded data from the same contact would be overwritten instead of added (It seems that the platform only allows overwriting).At the same time, without merging, the contact frequency rules no longer work because the duplicate contacts are contacts on different rows and therefore different.How can I send surveys with different embedded date to the same person while maintaining the frequency rules?
