I have a problem.
In directory, I have set frequency rules so that it is not possible to send emails to the same contact less than 30 days after the previous one.
Each week new lists are loaded into directory to send surveys to which may contain duplicate contacts.
Each list has different embedded data, but I can't merge because otherwise the new embedded data from the same contact would be overwritten instead of added (It seems that the platform only allows overwriting).
At the same time, without merging, the contact frequency rules no longer work because the duplicate contacts are contacts on different rows and therefore different.
How can I send surveys with different embedded date to the same person while maintaining the frequency rules?
