Good morning,
I need to calculate the dropout rate of a survey.
The survey submission is done with an external tool, so I can't use data from the directory.
I want to calculate it as the number of respondents who do not complete the survey compared to the total number of respondents for that survey.
How can I set up custom metrics that show me this data?
Here what I’ve done so far:
(I’ve set the range top box/bottom box from 0 to 99)

You can configure the 'Custom Metric' as shown in the screenshot below:
