Hi everyone,

 

I have a problem, I would like to give people possibility to unsubscribe from Directory via Web Feedback.

I want to use a Web Feedback project as another way to distribute my survey, so I need it to update the Directory.

I tried to insert the link ${l://OptOutURL}&OptOut=dir directly in a question text in the survey but it doesn’t work.
Any other workaround suggested?

Just a long shot, but did you try to apply this setup?

Seems like you can apply contact frequency rules through it at least...

I know that support page, but apparently it doesn’t allow you to work on opt-out.

thanks for promptness.

I saw also this page but it’s not addressing my problem.

I want to give customers the possibility to opt-out in case they don’t want to receive communications anymore and apparently is not possible.
