Good morning, this feature sounds like one we’ve like to make use of and a really handy one to add to the platform. However, we are not able to see our Website / App Feedback Project listed under ‘External Data Sources’ and do meet all of the criteria required on that particular documentation page. Before raising a support ticket we just wanted to ask if there was some delay in pushing this update live, or another reason this may not yet be available? @Monko This update should be live - I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can investigate your particular situation!
Hello Qualtrics Team, Re the Lookup task, I’ve read through the support page but wondered if it was possible to add another example which included a loop task. This would be extremely powerful as then it would mean it would amend or change data retrospectively. :D Please can you feedback on this and request a additional example to be added to the support page with any caveats on this? @TJMeersman999 There are 2 separate workflow features -- Workflow Loops and the Lookup Task. Workflow Loops are available to everyone with access to workflows as of March 6, and the new Lookup Task will be launching next week on March 13!

Today I received an email about an API that is going to be deprecated. is there something similar to the Weekly Product Release Notes but with focus on the APIs or something like that? it would be great to act faster on the necessary fixes. Rod_Pestell The Experience ID Change event does not detect contacts opting in/opting out. This is on the roadmap, and when this feature is in development/upcoming we will announce it within the release notes and product roadmap. I'll add this information to the support page as well so it is clear!

You are correct that historical comparisons are not currently available in the new line & bar chart widgets.
Hi Rod_Pestell — The Magnet widget is for the healthcare industry, as it calculates patient experience performance according to Magnet’s eligibility criteria, which is a recognition program for healthcare organizations. For the Data Formula task, this did not go through an official preview. This task won’t modify your dataset at all, it just restructures or performs calculations on your data for use in other workflow tasks. You can use this task in a regular workflow if you want.If you use the Data Formula task in a scheduled workflow you won’t be able to use piped text, so you wouldn’t be able to set up a date difference calculation for survey dates. For #6 - this is not overwriting the existing field, it is creating a name for your transformed field which can be used in subsequent tasks in the workflow.

You'll have to navigate to that category, click the bell icon in the upper-right, and then select your subscription preference. Once you do that the Weekly Product Release notes should show up under "Followed Categories".
Last week we added a website / app feedback update in error, and we have corrected the support page to reflect this. We still recommend adding the code snippet to the global header/footer within your website. The benefits of this include only needing to do a one-time code placement, allowing website visitors to provide feedback on any page of the website, and collecting aggregate operational data such as Time Spent on Site and Page Count. If you prefer to only add a digital touchpoint to a handful of pages instead of the full site, you’re welcome to add the code snippet directly to those pages instead, but you may miss out on some of the benefits mentioned above.
We previously indicated that Experience ID Segment Events launched on August 17, 2022. This update has been delayed, and we will include this feature in the weekly release notes when it launches in the future.
