Legacy Rich Text Editor Widget: You can no longer create new widgets of this type. Existing widgets are not affected, but will be migrated to a new widget type at a future date. We will send communications to customers using the old widget type in advance. Going forward, we recommend using our new and improved rich text editor widget.

Certified Question Recommendations: In Employee Experience projects, ExpertReview analyzes your survey content and recommends Certified Questions that match your intent, so you can leverage expert-designed best practices.

Data Access Settings: Create Data access tags to flag sensitive fields, then Data access roles to determine who gets to view those fields from the Data Privacy tab.

Ticket Feedback Surveys: You can now create a ticket feedback survey to use in the follow up details of the Ticket Task.
