CX Dashboards

  • Credit Union Benchmark: This new CX benchmark allows U.S. credit unions to see how their member experiences compare to other credit unions. Data filters can be used to compare credit unions on measures like member size and total assets.

Employee Experience

Workflows

  • Lookup Task: New task in workflows allowing you to perform a data lookup in your workflow. You can use the returned data in subsequent tasks in your workflow.

XM Directory

  • Touchpoint Timeline: The XM Directory touchpoint timeline is now consolidated into the profile card.

Dashboards

  • Legacy Rich Text Editor Widget: You can no longer create new widgets of this type. Existing widgets are not affected, but will be migrated to a new widget type at a future date. We will send communications to customers using the old widget type in advance. Going forward, we recommend using our new and improved rich text editor widget.

Employee Experience

  • Certified Question Recommendations: In Employee Experience projects, ExpertReview analyzes your survey content and recommends Certified Questions that match your intent, so you can leverage expert-designed best practices.

  • Data Access Settings: Create Data access tags to flag sensitive fields, then Data access roles to determine who gets to view those fields from the Data Privacy tab.

Hello Qualtrics Team,

 

Re the Lookup task, I’ve read through the support page but wondered if it was possible to add another example which included a loop task.  This would be extremely powerful as then it would mean it would amend or change data retrospectively.  :D

 

Please can you feedback on this and request a additional example to be added to the support page with any caveats on this?
