CX Dashboards
- Digital Program Data as a CX Dashboard Source: You can now visualize data from your digital programs, such as Page Views, Impressions, and Clicks, within CX dashboards. This allows for a holistic view of the health of your digital programs, with operational and experience data in one place.

Benchmark Editor (CX): The Patient Experience benchmark for CX dashboards has been refreshed with data for Q2 2024, while also adding support for more benchmark cuts, such as Specialty.
Studio
- Allow User and Group Exports: You can now adjust whether you want all of the users in your organization to be able to export user and group information.

Button Widget: A new widget that allows you to add links to other resources in your dashboard, such as surveys or help documents.
- Widget Menu Changes: Menus on widgets have been consolidated for clarity. This includes copying widgets to other dashboards, moving widgets to the top or bottom of the dashboard, entering widget stats and data table mode, and saving widget data to Excel or as a PNG. All resulting functionality is the same.
Survey Projects
- Results Dashboards Updates: A new side panel allows you to view a list of all pages and widgets within your dashboard, as well as search for specific widgets by name. This panel can be pinned or hidden.
- Simple Layout: The simple layout now supports constant sum questions.
- Slider Question: Slider and bar questions have a new and improved interface. “Graph lines” are now “increments.”

Frustration Targeting Logic: Display intercepts on your website when visitors show common frustration behaviors (such as rage click, mouse thrash, error click, or dead click). This lets you collect website feedback in the moments that matter most for faster and more precise resolutions.
XM Directory

Standard Contact Timeline View: The timeline view within XM Directory Lite, Tickets, and Transactions has been updated, and now matches the XM Directory timeline view.
XM Platform

Total XM Reports: A new project type where you can build and share reports using widgets from your CX, BX, and EX dashboards, or survey projects.
