Similar to what Tom said, this may be easier by using one survey. You can make a separate block for each of the vignettes. Then in the survey flow section of qualtrics you can randomize the different blocks so that there's randomization. Further, you can set limits to frequency. I'd suggest to check out this link on randomizing in Qualtrics to get more details on how this may work for you. To answer your original question, you can create different surveys for the vignettes, and then assign people to take the different survey links. However, you would then need to combine survey data responses and it could lead to a host of other issues especially since you'd have to create several different survey links.
You'll be able to make changes to the survey before it closes. When you enter the survey and attempt to make an edit, you'll get a message that asks you if you want to proceed since the survey is live. Once you press okay to that, then you can make the change. If the change is purely grammatical and nothing else is being changed, then there shouldn't be an issue. However, if you want to make a change more substantial than that, then there may be implications. Refer to the bottom of this page to see what changes may cause data issues.

I'm not sure that you can break down the reminder email in that way. But what I usually do in scenarios like this is adjust the subject of the email to remind participants that they need to finish their survey. Presumably those people haven't completed the survey even if they did start it, so they may benefit from a reminder too
I find that survey audits are really useful. Obviously if you're doing a tracking study, then that's not the best time. But for most other surveys, I think they are can really help to streamline the experience. I tend to look at each question and decide what the answer to that question is intended to inform. Then I look to see if there are redundancies. I also sometimes ask someone who hasn't taken that survey to take it while I watch them. In this way, I'm doing a bit of "usability" on that survey and seeing what works/doesn't work. This may then help clarify if some options or language need to change.

I think they may be rolling out in different phases. My home screen changed more than a week or so, but then I didn't notice the new template feature until a couple days ago. I like the new template feature, but I do wish that the new home screen had harder borders around my different surveys. It takes a little getting used to since it almost feels like my survey list blends together.
I've been having a good time with this community. I feel like I've learned a few tricks or have been clarified on some questions I had. I like that there are all kinds of questions here, it's nice to see that some questions just feel universal to users! But I would like to see a section on just general research/survey type questions - folks asking about best practices, discussing question types, etc. I think that that's where a community can distinguish itself from simply being a different form of qualtrics support.
I try to be consistent in both the time and email subject so that participants can recognize the email as something that has a purpose and helps sorta establish expectations. I think the language can be a little dependent on the sender/relationship with the participants. For example, I often speak to student-aged folks, but we aren't a school, so I can be a lot less formal and often start email subjects with a literal "Oh look! A ___ survey" it's both casual, but also gets their attention. Having it feel personalized can also help, such as adding "for you," "calling all ___ students" "let [college] know what you think" could be potential options as well. Within Qualtrics you can set up certain times for the surveys to launch, I would definitely suggest to do some A/B tests with different samples to see what the results are and let us know what you find!
It may be that they only unsubscribed from the one mailing list and didn't complete the steps to subscribe from *all* mailing lists. When users click on the opt out link the email, they are taken to a success page, but there are additional hyperlinks there that include "Click here to unsubscribe from all mailing lists." The participant would have needed to select that in order to be removed from the panel entirely.
I actually also have a system for naming blocks as well. This way I can keep track of questions and ensure that certain language is included in every survey (disclaimers, etc.). It also helps to systematize embedded data across the board.
In the Directory Tab of Target Audience, you can go to Manage Triggers. From there you can indicate which list you want to add contacts to (assuming your mailing list already exists). Depending on if you want to keep them in the directory or not, you would check the "and unsubscribe from this list" option that's also available in the Manage Triggers screen.
When you're in the mailing list tab in Target Audience, look to the top left where it says the name of your mailing list. Right next to it, there should be a blue link that says List Actions. ! Click on List Actions, select "Move" and that should prompt you to indicate the Destination Library, Destination, and the Name
@Clint I think the new update has been added. Once you start typing and the draft is created, if you refresh or leave that one page, you'll notice a "Drafts" section located on the left hand side of the menu where "Home" "activity" "My Discussions" are located. From there, you can select on the draft menu, hover over the draft comment you want to delete, an X will appear and you can delete it then.

I'd love to hear this answer too! I usually just select that text and then delete it and type in the email I'd like to see there. This changes it so that those "reply-to" get sent to the email I'd like. But I'm sure there must be a way to change that default.
I think this would require a couple of steps: 1) In the survey Flow section, you'd create a Set Embedded Data block at the top of the flow. There you'd list all the embedded data points you want to see transferred over 2) Then in the section where you want to actually include that information, you'd select Piped Text and go to the Embedded Data section and type in the data point. You just want to keep in mind that the capitalization and spaces matter when doing this. This should do it, hopefully this helps!
Hi Dax, You could do this pretty easily on the Reports Tab. Once you're in the reports tab, you would select the settings drop down menu (it's right next to the Share Report button). You'd select Report Settings, and from there you could select the color pallet preference you'd want.
There are a couple of ways - 1) If you want to share a contact list that is static and isn't going to change at all. Then you could export the list and then share it with the other user. They could then upload that list to their own mailing list. This however, may not work if the list is dynamic/will change over time 2) You could (assuming you're an admin) go into the Administration tab of Contact, and then add that user to the same "group" as you and once you have that group, you can fiddle with the permissions that person could have.
Was this a new contact list or an updated list? If it was a mix of both, make sure that everyone has a 'ContactID' column containing Contact IDs. If they don't have this, new contacts won't be uploaded If everyone is a new contact, it could be that only those 15 had emails. In order for a new account to be created, it would need an email.
I just had this issue happen to me yesterday with another user account actually - after verifying the user account/permissions were all up to date. Click on All Folders in the Project page. A side menu should appear. There there will be an All Projects & Shared with Me folders. I'd click on those folders and see if the project is there - try clicking on the projects there (I'd click on both since I don't recall which was actually the folder with the edit-able survey). You should be able to access the survey then. I may be completely off base here and your issue is different and maybe you've already tried it. But this sounds similar to an issue I had and this was actually the resolution.
