How do I move a mailing list to a folder?

When you're in the mailing list tab in Target Audience, look to the top left where it says the name of your mailing list. Right next to it, there should be a blue link that says List Actions. !
Click on List Actions, select "Move" and that should prompt you to indicate the Destination Library, Destination, and the Name
