i have tried using the workflow. however it has not worked for me. I wonder if it is related to the mandatory questions in the tickets.

Ticket closure

@Aksh3235 , As @TusharDalwani  mentioned Ticketing workflow is a great option to change the status of the tickets. Also, as @Shashi mentioned, if you are comfortable with API’s you can use POSTMAN to change statuses of some filtered selection of tickets after they are exported in csv based on TicketKey.   So i have tried to use this and it has worked for me when i had to close all tickets., however when i try that with certain conditions eg ticket data (variable = X) and ticket status is open. Also i have to choose a created time, so i have input older then 7 days (the tickets i want to close are more then 2 months old). when i save the workflow it seems to do nothing.

How to fetch ResponseId into an embedded variable

@rondev how do we do this in case we are using imported response?  i have tried using ${e://Field/ResponseID} when a survey is taken by a link etc. but i have noticed it doesnt get captured when the response is imported. Eg, when using a webservice element to import responses from SF

2-way SMS after a detractor completes email survey

i am looking at explring a similar option.  Where if the respondent is a promoter and doesnt want to be contacted. send them a Thank you SMS. We have a option to send them another SMS invite but no thank you sms. Even if we dont use a link in the SMS invite and send that as a thank you SMS without a link, the respondent has to be a part of a directory segment (or something on those lines). **but i wonder if i use a directory segment, then how will Qualtrics send an SMS to that particular respondent only, and not the entire segment.

So you get a option to assign the user type when you do a bulk upload. you can choose the desired user type to give them access

Thank you!! this worked. We get a option to upload the list in bulk. we can also assign the username, passwords and user type for the entire list.

Hi Marti, Thank you for your reply. Yes i want them to use dashboards and use ticketing.The above image is what i see in my account. I see the one you see is only for dashboard users. i am not sure if we can allow them access to ticketing.
