Instead of using those you could create your own embedded data elements at the beginning and end of the survey that are date variable types. Then set the value for those elements to be current date / time. You will be able to pipe those fields in.
Have you tried using a pivot table instead of simple table? There is a little more control over how you can arrange things.This sounds like something I have encountered before. The waves may need to be columns and make response rate the rows instead. It sounds like you want it the other way around but since the response rates are custom metrics I think they will need to be rows. You can see what I did in a pivot table below (ignore the count metric), and instead of date make the column dimension wave
I believe the side by side question matrix type should get you what you need. Take a look at this support page
This should be possible as long as there isn't some type of logic in the survey flow that blocks it. For example if you had branch logic between blocks you can't have a back button because you can't go back to that previous block. However it sounds like there was a back button and in the scenario I mentioned I don't think a back button would appear at all. You should probably call support to see if they can help.
Update - I landed on manually creating a new date field for the survey launch date so all the data for that year would be in the same quarter. Then was able to use a quarterly trend and hide the blank quarters. Tedious but it worked
Curious what you mean by the survey flow comes over? But I think this is working normally. If your categorization/scoring occurs in the survey flow then it will not work when imported. I believe the survey flow is only a factor if it was actually taken with Qualtrics. Unfortunately there have been several times where I had to make manual manipulations to the data I was importing because of this reason
I believe you can accomplish what you are looking for with a Side by Side question. You will set each column as a drop down with those options

You can set the display logic to match regex and then list your words in regular expression. This is an example and here is a link to a website to help if you are unfamiliar with regex!PROLIFIC_PID -> Matches Regex -> \\bTHING|\\bITEM|\\bFOOSo here the question would display if the embedded field was equal to thing, item, or foo
I don't think that is possible. Since the survey response acts like a trigger the timing has to be based on the time of that response. You should submit this as a product idea!

I do not believe their is a way to do this (would love for someone to tell me I am incorrect though). I always just create the first widget and then duplicate it multiple times, then make the changes to each widget.
What do you use to automate the pull? Is it python? And is there a reason you have to import the csv instead of connecting the dashboard directly to the survey?

JoycaV yes that is the unfortunate part - you have to import the responses and then delete out all the old responses. I have done this several times as it often is the most efficient way of doing it. But it is simple enough to just delete all responses with a recorded date before the import. Just be sure to use start or end date rather than recorded date if you need it for reporting purposes
You could create an embedded data field and then at the end of the survey flow merge the responses to the 2 question into that field. It would look like this:This would record the data in one field going forward. Moving the previously collected data into this field may have to be manual. I am not sure what the most efficient way would be without knowing the data set.Hope this helps!
