Hello,
I have created a Survey in Customer Experience & also a dashboard on top of it.
I uploaded 100 responses from excel but it took 2 days for the data to show completely in the dashboard.
Same is the case if I am trying to update the responses in the active surveys it takes 1-2 days to actually show up in the dashboard.
Is this normal?
As I have read that Qualtrics works in real time.
