Drop down list for Contstant sum or Matrix table questions

Hi All,
I'm planning to create a scoreboard in a survey. I'm planning to use a Constant sum or Matrix question for this. I need to add drop down options where the respondent can use select a score to be allotted. It will look like this:
The drop down options should be 1,2,3,5,8,13,20. Can anyone please suggest any javascript code for this? Or there is any other way to achieve this.
