Can you create a matrix grid survey, where you ask the same set of questions for multiple teams?

Hi,
We are doing an Inter-departmental survey in which multiple teams will be rated on the same set of questions.
Instead of creating a survey loop where 1 team is rated at a time, which will lengthen the survey, I had wanted to provide a matrix grid where all teams can be rated in the same screen. Each cell is a drop down list to give your rating for the department.
It could look something like below...

    I believe the side by side question matrix type should get you what you need. Take a look at this support page
