Hi all,I am looking for options in connecting a Qualtrics to an existing IVR solution ( Avaya Aura). Without having to go to Qualtrics for a native, bespoke integration, os there a way that I can use existing API for provinding this? E.g. I would use a GET survey question to get Avaya to retrieve and read the question from Qualtrics, while Posting responses back to Qualtrics?Thanks.
Hi bgooldfed ,thanks for the input. In the meantime I was able to do what you suggested using piped text from previous web service tasks. Some code task to manipulate the output and all looks ok.In the process, another question came to me... How can I pass multiple values on the body parameter.e.g. Create a workflow to on a schedule basis export 3 or 4 responses from the same survey, once I provide with the 3 or 4 Response ID. How can I pass this on request on 1 webservice task?How can I do the exact same thing as above, but now from 2 separate surveysID. e.g. surveyID_1; responseID_01 and responseID_02, also from surveyID_2; responseID_3 Please note that I want to avoid using multiple webservice task per survey, because the surveyID and responseID, are values that I am obtaining from a previous webservice task, and I would not know how to passed them on otherwise, as I never know what is the max number of records that I will get. (responses across multiple surveys)

hi ahmedA, let me know if you can share the logic around bringing together these NPS values at the dashboard.I can see having an ED for Q1_NPSresponses, then at Q2 distribution, it would be Q2_NPS. Then I can use these to compare at the dashboard, but then how do i identify the individual level I am not sure.. to get John Q1_NPS=10, Q2_NPS=4
Code task seems doable, but I am still missing the overall idea on how I would record the values, where and how would I bring them up in reporting.

On the rigjt side of the question, just under the Qnumber there is a cogwheel. If uou select that choose the option "Awnser randomization". This should randomize you anwser selection within the dropbox.The values randomize within each of thw individual dropbox but the order is the same between the different dropboxes. What i am trying to say is that the values randomize for all dropdown randomize the same order between boxes.
Would you consider having one question per page and use time metadata to time spend on page?

Hi Anna,I am not sure if I understand correctly, but if I do, the target audience for the claim intercept has different conditions than for the Exit. So you could use actions set within the SI to recreate the conditions that you would like the claim to display.If what I am saying does not make sense, or I am missing the point, please feel free to share some scenarios where you would expect one vs the other SI to display.
Trying to use Qualtrics to accommodate close loop process, often leads to look into the amazing Follow-up feature and the ticket structure. Often I find lack of information around how to best setup the follow-up feature, and since this is a brand level functionality, on enterprise programs, you do need to get your head around how to design it for multiple teams to have access to the right information at the right workflow. Recently I had to support a simple close loop process and I could not get away from using follow-up feature. In the end, a simple survey and a table style widget at the dashboard was all what it took to setup this process. Having the ability to add on comments to a response with a less positive score was all that was required.

Hello Aadeeti thank you for your input. I have indeed used the theme configuration to change the elements using css. That has done the trick.
Good. I had to manually recreate the survey and this now seems to be working. But because I dont know what the trigger is that causes the problem, I just have to sit and wait to see if it happens again.I am trying to speak to Qsupport to see if there is any other way that they can actually see what happened in the background.

Have you ever came across w/ the possibility of the survey component being corrupted? e.g. a survey that already took on so many changes, reviews, edit that at some point corrupted the core file? If yes, is there a way to troubleshoot something like this to try understand root cause?

I found the answer to my question. Access control using IP filtering can be done at the user level (user profile permissions). It is a combination of user credentials and the whitelisting of an individual IP address or IP range.
The reason why I want to do this is because I am trying to distribute a survey through another survey. E.g. Survey1 has "form" requesting for user to input and email. This email will receive the link to a survey. This survey is survey2. I can do that through the Distribution Survey Task. But I wanted to go an extra step and instead of sharing a survey link to survey 2, I would embed the first question of the survey2 which when respond from the email would take the user to the survey flow.
