Is there a way to either pipe ticket data or survey day into a "Ticket Message" message type?We have a customer inquiry form where user's submit issues/questions. This form generates a Qualtrics ticket. Our customer service team would like to use the "Send email" button in the ticket to reply to the user, additionally they would a series of templates to reply to customer's requests. We've created a series of Library Message (type: Ticket Messages) to facilitate this request however, we can't seem to find a way to pipe any data into these messages other than whats in the image below and that doesn't seem to do anything?

We are surveying customers after their contact with our call center measuring both call center and agent satisfaction. We have identified some instances where the agent did nothing wrong (user even complimented them in the open text) but gave them a bad score. Is there a way for a dashboard user (non-technical without access to the source survey data) to exclude this poor satisfaction score from the agent to not adversely affect their scores?

To help prevent future email bounces our organization maintains a "bad email" list within our email marketing tool. Is it possible to upload this list and set a rule to not email these addresses...a suppression list?
If a survey has a quota AND a Inline Question in the invitation email the message that the quota has been met doesn't display until the user submits the full survey.Just spend a very un-fun morning learning this!
I have a scenario where the public will submit a Qualtrics form (application to attend an event), the form creates a Qualtrics Ticket, and a user reviews the Ticket and approves/rejects the applications (radio button in the ticket).I need to be able to pass only the approved applications to an external SFTP server in XML format to be injected by another system. I know how to do all the steps above except write data from the ticket back to the survey to flag it as approved. Open to any suggestions, including a total process rewrite.Thank you in advance!

We need a form were we enter a intern's start date and contact info and in the next block we get a timesheet for each week of the internship. For example if we enter 2-7-2022 for start date. The next page will have2-14-20222-21-20222-28-2022..Start date is a text entry using flatpickr and the code below successfully updates InternWeek1 through the last week populating start with today's date (regardless of what is entered in the Start Date field) correctly adding a week each week, using moment.js. I have a contact list with user's email and mobile phone number. I would like for the user to only be able to compete the survey once. Is there a way using Qualtrics distributions to distribute to both email and SMS, with reminders, and have the link only work once? For example if I receive the both the email and SMS, click the link in the SMS and complete the survey, if I then click the email link I'll get a message that I already completed the survey?Thank you!
Is there a way to group the referral urls submitted via a web feedback into a table so that we can see the URLs with the most positive feedback and the most negative. For example our site has hundreds of URL, www.oursite.com/url1 through www.oursite.com/url450, it would be great if we could see a sortable report listing all urls and the number of "was this page helpful YES" vs the "was this page helpful NO". see image below.

I need a team of inspectors to visit various address and fill out a report using a Qualtrics survey. The address are stored in a drill down questions, 3 deep, once the inspector selects the route and enforcement zone they can pick a address. Is there a way to remove addresses from the drill down that have already been inspected as each address should only be visited once?
I need to create a survey for recycling set out rate for my community. I have the list all addresses in the community and created a representative random sample from that list. I envision my survey having the user's address at the top and a question like "did this user set out their recycling cart - yes/no". Once the data is collected (submit button is clicked) the next address appears at the top of the survey and the yes/no question about the cart, never repeating a address. Is this possible?

We are about to launch a new version of our website and I'd like to set up a "tour" of the new home page highlighting the new features and navigational components. My idea would be to launch a popover with a "Next" and "Close" button. If the user selects Close the creative goes away not to be seen again. However, if the user click Next the next item we'd like to highlight will be displayed using a different creative on a different area of the screen. Does this sound possible? We have zip code as a survey questions (type text validated as US Postal Code). In the result report we get a listing of all entered zip codes. Is there a way to get the count of each zip code instead of a listing of all without exporting to Excel?
We have a rank order question that contains a paragraph sized chunk of text plus a image. The Qualtrics out of the box text posistion stacks the image either on top or bottom of the text (depending on what you select) but the left/right posistion will take place the first line of text and properly but each subsequent line is stacked under/over the image which looks very odd. Placing the image on the top of the text is the best option of mobile viewing as it eliminates the need for horizontal scrolling but for the desktop view we'd like to put the text/image in a 2 column table so it properly aligns and maximized horizontal screen space. That being said I currently have this as 2 separate questions using display logic to check if the user is mobile or not. With the plan to manually combine data at survey completion. Is there a better way??? Thank you!
We have a form where a user can report a found animal which includes a file upload field for them to include a photo of the found animal. Is it possible to display that image in a Vocalize dashboard (or any other report)? I don't even see the ability to add the filed in the data set when setting up the dashboard in Vocalize...
