Ability to group embedded data - referral url - feedback

Is there a way to group the referral urls submitted via a web feedback into a table so that we can see the URLs with the most positive feedback and the most negative.
For example our site has hundreds of URL, www.oursite.com/url1 through www.oursite.com/url450, it would be great if we could see a sortable report listing all urls and the number of "was this page helpful YES" vs the "was this page helpful NO". see image below.
